SMART FIT SHOP

Development of multiple commercial remodeling projects for SMART FIT SHOP, located within Smart Fit gym facilities.

These spaces were strategically designed to integrate into the gym's operation, creating functional retail points where members can purchase beverages and supplements aligned with their fitness goals.

Following the brand's design guidelines, finishes, furniture, and layout were carefully defined to ensure consistency with corporate identity and an engaging customer experience.

The result: efficient retail spaces aligned with the brand and optimized for operation and sales.

GNC SHOP - LA GUÁCIMA

ALAJUELA, COSTA RICA

Development of the GNC retail store in La Guácima, designed in alignment with the brand's corporate guidelines and design standards.

Architectural finishes were defined to ensure visual consistency with GNC's identity and to create a clear, organized shopping experience. Custom furniture was strategically designed based on product categories and display requirements, optimizing visibility, circulation, and operational efficiency.

The result is a functional retail space consistent with the brand and focused on enhancing customer experience and point-of-sale performance.

Jeannette````'s Garden - Landscape Intervention

Pococi, Costa Rica

A phased project developed to transform an unused and functionally disconnected residual space into a garden integrated with its immediate surroundings and connected to the residence.

The design prioritized low-height vegetation, permeable surfaces, and lightweight construction systems, allowing for progressive and controlled implementation. Each phase included targeted improvements such as site clearing and grading, canopy structure installation, proper drainage systems, painting, sidewalks, structured planters, and outdoor furniture.

The project also incorporated the addition of a second garage with roofing, stormwater management solutions, and electric gates, enhancing functionality and security.

The result is a space that transitions from residual to articulating — improving visual quality, spatial coherence, and the overall value of the property.
